Crop's UK wins 2 awards at the British Frozen Food Awards

The British Frozen Food Awards recognize the best and brightest new products of the last 12 months. Last Thursday night, twelve members of the Crop's UK team were lucky enough to attend the awards ceremony, where we won not one, but two awards! 

Each retail product is judged by consumers on taste and quality, innovation, packaging, preparation instructions, likelihood of purchase and value for money, while the foodservice products are judged by a panel from the prestigious Craft Guild of Chefs. 

Winning or being shortlisted is a great way to demonstrate exceptional product innovation against the best in class. The Heron Foods' Buyer, Helen, entered our Red Cabbage with Apple product and admitted afterwards that it was "a favourite in the Heron office" - evidently the judges agreed!
